Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, youÔÇÖll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where youÔÇÖll be prompted to log in and process your payment. YouÔÇÖll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

Timeframe for Refunds

Customers have 7 days from the date the order is received to request a refund.

Eligible Products for Refund

All items are available for refunds under the condition that artwork has not been approved. A full refund is available exclusively for promotional products and marketing materials. For customized apparel, there is a restocking fee of 20% if items are to be returned back to the manufacturer. Please be aware that orders can only be cancelled and refunded if items have not yet been approved for production.

Non-Refundable Products

Customized products, including but not limited to t-shirts, hats, and other items that are embroidered or screen printed with customer-provided designs, are not eligible for refunds. These items are considered personalized and cannot be reused or resold, making them non-refundable.

Exception for Quality Issues

If there is a quality issue with any non-refundable item, customers may submit a reprint request. To initiate this process, the affected items must be shipped back to Fully Promoted Davie. Reprint requests are subject to approval by a Fully Promoted Davie Quality Specialist to ensure that your order qualifies for a reprint.
