Fully Promoted Davie Return Policy

Eligibility Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items.

Condition for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original state to be considered for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Fully Promoted Davie will cover the cost of return labels. Customers are required to submit photos of the items they are returning for pre-approval to avoid unauthorized returns.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Exchange Policy

Items purchased from company stores may be exchanged for sizing issues. Customers are required to submit an exchange form to initiate the process.

Exclusions

Customized items that have received customer approval for production are non-refundable. These items are unique and cannot be resold or reused.

Processing Time

  • For reprinted products: 7-14 business days, depending on stock availability.
  • For refunds to debit/credit cards: 3-5 business days. This timeline is dependent on the customer's bank and is beyond Fully Promoted Davie's control.

Reprints

For reprint requests, items must be returned to Fully Promoted Davie and approved by our Quality Assurance team to issue a reprint. Please submit photos of any damages or poor-quality prints along with your return form for assessment.

In-Store Returns

Approved returns can be brought to our store located at 7080 W. State Rd 84 bay 2, Davie, FL 33317.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to apparel items if canceled before entering production.
